I believe it is good to model someone who is "within reach". For me, it is Sister Enda who was my headmistress in secondary school rather than Mothere Theresa (and this is not to say that Mother is not exemplary or a great, if not the greatest model). It just makes the behaviour i wish to model so achievable and I am driven and encouraged.
