I have attended your lecture and i find that the way you talk is as if you are from ATM (Ankatan Tentera Malaysia)

You're quite observant, Jun, but then again I doubt ATM instructors allow group massage sessions.

See you on Monday.

It is actually an informal lecture for me because the way he delivered the lecture is different from other lecturer.
I can see he try so hard to give the example which related to our daily life to let us have a deeper understanding on these negotiation skills and tactics.
I believes that i could benefits from that lecture.

Jack,

I think the lecture in this particular topic can be improve if the lecturer can have a pleasent look (not in hurry and sweating). Also the voice is too loud for those student who sitting infront and the side which he will pass by, because sometimes it really loud and it hurts. But it was also a quite nice class to be in because it is interesting.

A good lecture which injects wit and humor. Definitely face paced and not boring.

Learning the ropes on negotiation is truly important as we have to deal with this at every moment of our lives.

I believe setting on an agreement which satisfies both parties is of most importance.

Thanks for the lecture!

The teaching style and examples given are easy to understand. The leturer is able to attract everybody's attention by giving a chance for students to say out their opinions. Thanx a lot.

I had a negotiation with my wife that where we should go for Sunday night. We decided to go to cinema but we didn’t know which movie to go. My idea was to see action movie but she liked to watch cartoon. I like cartoon also and we decided to go to watch cartoon and for the next time we are going to watch action movie. We had fun and both of us were happy.

It was a interesting lecture. I like the way you teach even though it was not that formal. The way you talked to us was just like friend to fridend. I enjoyed it.

Anyway, I have learned a lot on negotiation, like always say no for the first time. It was really helpful for a person like me who just can't say no. After having this class, I tried.
